A: Yes. Due to the amount of work that we schedule during the season, it is recommended that you call (506) 446-3799, email or visit to book an appointment at least a week in advance.

A: At RV World we offer Park Service for those who aren't mobile and who are in campgrounds. All you have to do is call (506) 446-3799 or email our Park Service Coordinator and schedule an appointment. We travel to different areas on different days, so try to schedule in advance.

A: Our RV's do come with a warranty (unless otherwise stated). The length of the warranty period and what the warranty covers vary. New units come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Some pre-owned units have in-house warranties as well (**NOTE: There are exceptions to your warranty). An extended warranty may be purchased on most units. For any specific warranty questions, please contact our warranty department and/or refer to your paperwork.

A: There are three main things to consider when you plan on towing a trailer with your vehicle. First, your vehicle needs a hitch installed. Second, provided the trailer in question is equipped with electric brakes, your vehicle needs a brake controller. RV World Service Department will happily install these things for you. The third thing to consider is the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating(GVWR) of the unit that you're planning on hauling as well as the towing capacity of your vehicle. Although we can make an educated guess as to whether or not you can tow a given unit with a particular vehicle, it is your responsibility to check your vehicle's tow rating. See your vehicle’s manual and/or your dealer.

A: The most important thing that you, as an RV owner, can do is to maintain your sealants. There are sealants of different types all over your RV that need to be checked and maintained at least a few times a year. In fact, Forest River recommends having the caulking and rubber roof sealant checked every 90 days. Other maintenance that should be done includes, but is not limited to; treating your holding tanks, lubrication of moving parts, such as jacks and slides, cleaning and treating your rubber roof and maintaining your battery. Refer to your manual for maintenance tips.

A: As the end of the season draws near and the outside temperature drops, you need to get your unit "Winterized". There are a couple different ways of doing this but, essentially, the idea is to prevent the cold weather from damaging your RV. At RV World, we drain the water system and add plumbing antifreeze to the lines. It is also recommended that you remove your battery and anything else that you don't want to freeze. Adding something to absorb moisture to cut down on condensation would also be a good idea.

A: Yes. At RV World we offer winter storage. Your RV will be stored in a locked, outdoor compound. Book your spot early as space is limited.

A: Our customers with appointments take priority, as they are scheduled. However, if you need an emergency repair on something that would otherwise prevent you from camping, we will do our best to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

A: For obvious environmental and legal reasons, you can't just pull your knife valves and let your black or grey water flow onto the ground. You need to go to a dump station. Most RV campgrounds have them and, conveniently, we do as well. Just come in and talk to our parts department.

A: At RV World we have a licensed propane station to fill almost any tank/cylinder that you would find on an RV, including motorhome tanks.
